Package 2: Partial Planning
Do you have most of your vendors booked or just need a little more than our wedding management package? Then our Partial Planning may be perfect for you! It's the perfect "middle".
This package includes:
- On Boarding Call/ Meeting/ Zoom.
- (1) Meeting a Month Starting 6 Months out from Wedding Day.
- On going Telephone and Email communications starting at Contract Signing - End of Event.
- Everything in the Wedding Management Package.
- Vendors Research and Assistance with Booking.
- Up to 2 vendors of your needs.
- Hotel Block Assistance.
- Budget Tracking and Management.
- Design Creation and Assistance in Finding Vendors to Execute the Design.
- (1) Meeting to discuss design details, information and begin process.
- Design board creation by our designer to discuss and show ideas for the event.
- 3D Design (optional) to view linens and florals.
- (2nd) meeting to finalize the design board/ make changes.
- Assist in getting quotes and booking vendors to execute the design board.
- (3rd) meeting once all vendors are booked to finalize any last minute details and decor items.
Package 3: Wedding Management
Looking for someone to take the stress off a few months before the wedding? Want to enjoy the day with no worries along with your loved ones? Then this package is perfect for you!
This package begins 3 months before your wedding and includes::
- On Boarding Call/ Meeting/ Zoom.
- On going Telephone and Email Communication Signing - After Event.
- Contract Reviews to Confirm with Vendors.
- Vendor Communications begin 3 months before Event.
- Wedding Detail Meeting 2 Months before your Event to Begin Timeline Creation.
- (1) Vendor Walk Through Roughly 1 Month before Event.
- Ceremony and Reception or just Reception.
- Ceremony Layout Assistance and/or Creation 1 Month before Event.
- Rehearsal Direction Includes:
- 2 Coordinators Assisting for up to 1 hour.
- Wedding Day Direction Includes:
- Bridal Assistant for entire day.
- Lead Coordinator for up to 10 hours.
